Why isn't Fedora 22 updated via DNF/YUM?

Actually, when trying to update any module with the YUM or DNF command, it displays an error:
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora' from ' https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fe
... ' that the machine with fedora is behind a proxy server, but the path is open for it, i.e. I ping the Internet IP addresses, and when executing the update commands, there is actually such an error, what could be the problem?

You probably opened http port 80 and your repository is 443 https
