Why isn't CSS highlighted in sublime?

I can't figure out why the selectors aren't highlighted in the editor. I must say right away that I am new to this topic, but still, I tried to find it in Google, to no avail. The file format was checked and the CSS is selected from the bottom right in the sublime. The file is saved and connected to html. It works but does not light up.
