As I understand it, an attempt to simply remove them can be fraught with falling off of various usb and other devices?
Or is it still possible to remove them? How to understand what kind of firewood it is, maybe I don’t need it for a long time

First, try updating them with SDI.
Then think three times if you need protected mode.
Then you can try to uninstall these drivers.

The specified drivers are from the Samsung phone software. Very old. Remove the software itself.

And if the software has been gone for a long time, can you just delete that inf file?
You need to remove the drivers themselves with "deleting files". If you can't find it in the dispatcher, then
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
cd %SystemRoot%\System32
start devmgmt.msc

and "View", "Show hidden devices".
