Why isn't a hotkey assigned to a style?

The updated word license is not broken.

Purpose: Assign a hotkey like F1 or Shift+F1 to the style I created
Problem: The input field "New keyboard shortcut" does not respond to the keyboard. Pressed different keys - no result.

Try
ctrl + character
ctrl + shift + character
ctrl + alt +
F1 character brings up help in all programs. Therefore, it does not.
