How to create columns without section break MS Word?

I need to make two headings in different columns but without section breaks. This is necessary so that if heading1 is at the end of the page, headings2 do not go to the next page themselves, but go with heading1
I wanted to put it in the table, but as it turned out, the table does not display headings in the auto-collected table of contents.
