Why is Windows 10 shutting down instead of hibernating?

Hibernation stopped working again in Windows 10 on a tablet, it was the same with the first release, the problem was fixed in the second release, after recent patches this feature disappeared again. This is very disappointing when all open files and programs are not saved when the battery of the tablet is discharged for the next launch, since they were previously opened in that form before the discharge. Tips to install more recent drivers, etc., do not help, since they simply do not exist, enabling hibernation through the console also does nothing, because it did not turn off. Windows 8.1 does not have this problem. Build version 10586.164, Chuwi Vi8 tablet.a68849c60d134afebbbdb7b513537dcf.png
