For a 64-bit system, it's normal to
"slow down" due to lack of RAM, it can only if it goes into swap, but this should not happen with 6GB. and the reason is something else
Disk 5400RPM - from that slow loading.
Check in the Task Manager on the "Details" tab what really starts at startup; part of the memory goes to the disk cache.
Adjust the power supply so that the system does not lower the frequency of the processor.
See which process slows down the system in the Task Manager and deal with this process.
Loading slowly - most likely, some driver or service is slowing down the process.
When services slow down, there is usually some kind of error or warning in the logs. Look at the log, figure out which service is slowing down and deal with it.
It’s more difficult with drivers, because you just can’t figure out what exactly slows you down - try updating all drivers.
My win 10 x64 loads in about 1 minute, including processes in startup, and after that it eats 1.2 GB of RAM. (for example: the second OS is Linux Mint x64, and it eats 800MB)
System: AMD Phenom 9850, 3.5 GB RAM, no SSD
Therefore, I think you are not all right.
