Why is WiFi disabled?

Every 60 seconds, clients are disconnected from their home WiFi network.
Changing the channel helps for ~10 minutes. Restarting, changing the SSID, encryption type, encryption key does not help. Firmware update didn't help either.
D-Link DIR-620 device. So far it has worked flawlessly for a year.
