Why is WD MyCloud Home Duo running at low speed and freezing?

I connected WD MyCloud Home Duo to Mikrotik 3011. In Mikrotik status, the link gives out 1Gbps. But in reality, when downloading a 6GB file, the download speed is a maximum of 4-5Mbps. The same goes for downloading. What could be the problem? Often even when downloading a large file, the NAS generally seems to freeze. Though the link also goes. Speed goes to 0. After a while it starts to respond again.

There is a suspicion that one of the HDDs is preparing to go to another world.
If data is now available on the NAS, copy everything important from there to another reliable medium.
