Why is traffic with Yandex.Direct tags not identified in Universal Analytics?

Hello!
In the direct, a URL was configured for each ad with the corresponding tags like:
example.ru/?utm_term=...utm_campaign=... and so on.
But direct traffic in UA is still defined as organic.
Please tell me, maybe on the UA side something needs to be configured for parsing?
