How to get keywords from google adwords?

google adwords, is it possible to get all the keywords and conversion statistics, or is it only possible with access to google adwords and google analytics?

About Adwords - if your Adwords and Google Analytics accounts are linked, then you can get keyword data and conversion statistics using the Google Analytics API. I made several applications for my clients that pull data from GA and display it on the page.
As for Yandex.Direct - in my opinion, there is also an API there that allows you to get information about keywords and transitions.
