Why is there only text links in the recommended content block?

I created a recommendation ad block and set it up, following the example in the Google ansense help, so that on mobile it would be five in one row, and on PC three rows of three:

Most likely, you just got the opportunity to post Featured Content on this domain.
If you have sites approved for a long time on your Adsense account, then look in the settings of ads with Recommended content for block display examples.
On old resources, you will see pictures, not a list of links.
I think that you just need to wait a bit and the desired block with images will be displayed, according to the settings.
Now I have a new resource, only approved as well, but old ones with images.
