How to anonymously give real data in Google account?

I have my own Google + account, which is tied to half my life. I would like to enter my real data in it (full name, etc.), but in such a way that they do not shine openly on the Internet.
That is, if something happens, I could show Google a scan of my passport, so they say this is my account, I had a password, please return it, but if someone puts "Ivanov Ivan" into the search, he will not be able to find my Google +, will not be able to find my channels on YouTube and so on.
How to do it?

You are confusing social the Google+ network and Google itself. By full name in the social. networks will not restore anything to you.
Follow the link and set up password recovery on your phone, e-mail and through a security question.

Are you sure that there is such a procedure? :)
Yes, and Google support seems to be not very responsive.
You'd better put your phone on. And for two-factor authorization, and recovery seems to be on it.

Google doesn't have a support :-).
Protect your account normally. On Google+, you can create +pages in addition to your profile page.
