Hello, I updated from yosemite to spruce captain but there is no font. I tried to download from the Apple website but there is no access to the developer environment because there is no subscription. I can't download. Why didn't you update immediately *

This is a system font (with a special identifier) that's why it is not in the list of fonts.
Lying in s/l/f with the names sf*, in order to use it you need to download a separate regular font.

Well, I don't have it in the list of fonts either. However, all interface elements are made on it. Or am I misunderstanding something in your question?
