Why is there no or little coverage?

Hello! I can't understand facebook. Here are 17 ads and some have coverage, others have little, and some don't at all. What's the catch? Does he not have time to turn off some announcements or considers it deliberately unnecessary? Thank you.

Where there is no coverage, you need to change creatives. If the ad didn’t work at once, try changing the audience settings, if it didn’t work after that, change the pictures. Animation or a picture + a catchy slogan works very well. See if you have correctly identified your target audience, their pain points, needs. Maybe it's all about uninteresting ads that do not touch anything in the soul (either these are the wrong settings in the advertising account or a low budget allocated for advertising). Try contextual advertising after collecting semantics on your topic, this usually gives more returns, judging by my practice.
