Good afternoon! For almost a month now I can’t figure out why I invest in advertising, set up target audience in the FB account, but there are no conversions in the form of subscriptions and likes. The last publication is an example, there is a reach of 1500, but reactions and subscriptions are 0.

Apparently your chosen target audience is not very interested.
Try to narrow down your audience and ads.
Try running a few different campaigns with a smaller budget for a few narrow audiences.
