Why is there no Lightroom in Creative Cloud?

I am subscribed to photoshop through CC, I wanted to add lightroom, but it is not in the list. The help from Adobe says that there may not be a lightroom if the computer does not pull it, but this definitely cannot be the reason (the lightroom demo worked fine for me). Of the remaining options - buy the release for 6000 rubles. Tell me, what could be the reason?
