There is a PC connected to the router by wire. Yesterday until 7 o'clock (like all the time before) there was access to the Internet. Then it suddenly broke off. A round icon appeared - no access. I overload the router, shows the connection, even manages to upload the video to YouTube and again there is no network. And so the whole evening - it seems to be, but in fact it is not. WiFi works on the phone. The antivirus is not installed, no programs were installed, I just surfed the network and logged in a couple of times in the mail. What do you advise

Results - the problem was on the part of the provider and on mine, the router was to be replaced

There are many options.
If rebooting the router temporarily gives the Internet, then the problem is unlikely to be iron, and most likely the problem is in the router, but not necessarily
with a finger to the sky - the ip address settings on windows 10 are static, there is also a machine on the network that receives an ip address dynamically from the router (in including smartphone wifi but it doesn't matter) this machine receives the same address as your machine and the Internet disappears on both, just this can happen every few minutes (as dhcp is configured)
