Why is there no image?

When we turn on the PC, everything seems to start, the coolers are spinning, the computer shows signs of life, but there is no image on the monitor. At the same time, the cooler on the motherboard spins like an airplane engine, it feels like we are taking off =) in general, it works very quickly and noisily all the time.
They checked the video card, it was in order, took out the RAM, cleaned the contacts, looked at the voltage on the power supply, everything was as it should be. Capacitors seem to be all intact, nowhere swollen. We also checked the monitor, it works. In general, everything looks as it should, everything is whole. is it the processor? who had this problem?
Motherboard MSi P4M900M2-L
RAM 512
Intel® Pentium® Processor E2140 (1M Cache, 1.60 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)
Video card removed, I don't remember.
The speaker is constantly silent, does not make any sounds at all.
Something I forgot to write =)

What is the computer configuration? Did you try to connect another video card, RAM, percent? Disable everything leaving only the motherboard, percent, RAM, bp and try to start. Is there a speaker? What is beeping?

Reset the BIOS to default settings (remove the battery on the motherboard when the power is off). Check if there is a speaker on the motherboard. If there is, remove the RAM from the slots. If there is a squeak (the nature of the squeak depends on the motherboard), then the RAM / slots have nothing to do with it, the problem is in the video card / south bridge. If not, then the problem is with the processor or with the northbridge. More precisely, not with the processor (it is most likely working), but with the processor power circuits on the motherboard. Or, if the processor was removed, the pins on the socket are bent. All of the above faults (north bridge, power circuits, bent pins in the socket) require the replacement of the motherboard, because. repairs are very expensive. Also check the voltage on the power supply, always under load, because. no load can be rated voltage,

If it does not make sounds, leave only the mother (without memory. Only the mother and percent) and the power supply unit. It should squeak a memory error (3 long beeps), if this is not there, then reset the BIOS and do it again. If it doesn’t help again, then replace the PSU, and if not again, then congratulations on the new mother and process.
