Alternatively, you can buy active video transmitters with HDMI input / output for your twisted pair, and feed video from the desired source to them. But this is from the evil one, to be honest, it works sometimes without problems, when with special effects. For example, your twisted pair routes should not pass near the power lines of power loads, especially electric motors that turn on and off, monitors will almost always blink, and the PC will freeze. They really don't like impulse noise. But this is a fairly inexpensive solution. The second solution would be to take single board computers with HDMI and run them as a source, hang one right behind the TV, put some kind of debian with vlc or iptv there and run scripts. Maybe these models have an option with customization of the firmware, but I don’t know about it and I won’t advise anything.
