Trying to reinstall Windows 7 for the first time and the mouse cursor doesn't appear when I select a language. Tried to connect different mice - nothing. Help me please.

If the mouse is connected to a USB 3.0 port, then it may not work.

Yes, the W7 system via USB 3/0 does not see the mouse in the BIOS, cancel EHCI and XHCI! ports will switch to usb 1.0 2/0 support, the mouse should work if not, then check it on another computer or USB 2.0 port, or the battery may be dead in the mouse if it is wireless!
