Why is there no anti-like on Toster?

It is necessary to enter an anti-like to the answers and, upon reaching a certain level in the tag, prohibit users from writing more than 2 answers per day in this tag, otherwise a lot of crazy answers appeared.

Instead of an anti-like, we have a Complain button. It is intended, potentially, to limit the actions of those whose answers, questions or comments receive many complaints. For more information on how complaints will work in the near future, read my answer to another question How does the "Complain" button work, is it any good?

Delusional answers are worth complaining about (just like delusional questions).
Works, checked.
Spammers/trolls are completely banned, but with your scheme, due to the limit, there is a chance to lose a good answer. In addition, by answering here, you are answering not so much to the authors, but to everyone who will read the question and answers in the future. And for the rest, the degree of adequacy of individual answers may differ greatly from your assessment.
Here's the simplest example:
Q: I have some garbage with memory consumption, 256 MB is occupied, the tariff is gigabytes, and I can't run anything else "can not for: not enough memory"
A: run away from this hoster and in general with openvz - in ovz, almost all hosters consider some randomly taken indicator instead of RAM. For example, any hoster on kvm does not have such problems.
For the author, this answer is frank junk, most likely. But about half of those who see this inscription will follow the advice and solve their problem.

And merge 90% of the questions that belong in Google? What do you mean, this is traffic and an audience, you need more questions, spitting on quality, the administration is not fit to do this, there are only likes and no offended ones. It's like in some countries, so as not to offend the losers, they call them the last winner.
