Actually the topic in question. Sometimes you want to contact users in a personal. For normal accounts, you can write a message on Habré.
But you won’t send a message for read-only users on Habré. Does the toaster have logic for sending messages through the service itself?
PS if this is not possible and it would be interesting for someone - subscribe to the question, maybe then the administrators will notice this question earlier.
