Why is the answer removed?

I can't understand something. Why does someone delete the answer to a question on the toaster, and it's not even known why the moderator decided that the question was objectionable to him?
Where does all of a sudden such censorship according to one's personal whims come from?
Who generally deletes answers, and how to find out by what algorithm?
