In what order are the tags displayed on the question page?

By what principle are tags in questions sorted? In what order do not set - the Toaster will distribute them in its own way. Every time I break off when I want to arrange tags in order of importance.

On any question page, the tags appear in the following order:
This sorting was done for the following reasons. If the user is subscribed to tags, then the most important thing is to show him the most “rare” tag, because most likely it will be the narrowest, and therefore the most interesting for the user, context of the question. If the user is not subscribed to tags, then most likely the most “pop” tags will be clearest to him, and narrower ones may be completely unknown.
