And how do you look at the fact that the authors of high-quality answers receive monetary rewards?

For example, for the original solution of the issue, for activity, etc. There will be much more interest. Even interesting questions can be rewarded.

It would be nice to just teach people to mark the answer as correct.

It is better to establish a direct connection with the main TM sites. Let's say for 5 solutions to questions +1 to karma on Habré, for 20 - an invite. It can be made in the form of points that the user himself can spend on karma / invites of his choice.
A great way to get on Habr or increase karma by answering questions (as it was before).

And who will encourage the responders? First you need to find such a patron.

Given the specifics of the resource, I think most of the people answering the questions already have a stable and sufficient income, so this will not greatly increase motivation, and it is unlikely that you will be able to find someone who wants to spend their money on this.

People already answer garbage, and they will also answer more garbage to increase activity and get paid for it))
A programmer earns 100k a month, how much will you pay him for an answer? 5 rubles? ))

Your idea is nonsense. It is necessary to rejoice that such a resource works completely free of charge, and without advertising. If you want to pay, donate (eg Wikipedia). And if you want to earn money, go to the freelance exchange. Don't ruin a great resource!

In the English-speaking segment, there are already such resources where experts receive money for answers on IT topics. I definitely saw these a few years ago, but now I couldn’t even google it right away. So where are they all now? The leading IT Q&A is the free StackOverflow, where a question about a library, a programming language, generally speaking, about a software product is sometimes answered by the developer of this product.
On a paid Q&A resource, access to answers will have to be closed one way or another to those who have not paid. I am convinced that information, especially of a scientific and technical nature, should be open. The more freely information spreads, the more benefits it will bring to humanity in the long run.
The scheme of motivation through invites or karma - maybe it makes sense. It is easier for many people to write many useful answers than one useful article on Habr. But this is a question for the administration.

And why is this administration? The traffic is coming and so good, I think.
Another thing is to make it so that the question cannot be asked for free ... Limit the number of questions, the answers to which are easily googled, so to speak, well, and the activity of schoolchildren at the same time. True, this is not economically profitable, so no one will care about quality.
