The developers of this resource themselves .. alas, do not care. And people who will make a client for a commercial resource for free, alas, are almost gone in modern realities).

I work with PhoneGap, I can make SPA under REST-API.
But, it's not a fact that someone needs it (I'm talking about the administration of the resource) ...
