Why is there no access to ftp files when through a wi fi router?

I connect via ftp. Connects, login password is correct. But the list of directories and files does not receive. Whistling with passive / active. the regime does not help. Does not work when connected to int-tu through a wi-fi router. If by cable - everything is ok.
