Filezilla transfers files incompletely, how to fix?

Filezilla partially transfers files. For example: I transfer 15 Mb, 14.2 Mb comes to the server. It turns out to accurately transfer only the archive. But doing this with all files... is not possible.
Where is the mistake?
And is there a good replacement for Filezilla (for windows)?

Are the files themselves intact on the server? Perhaps on the server or in FZ it is crooked.
