Why is there another traffic besides Openvpn?

There used to be another VPN server. It was only OpenVPN
Now a new VPN server, just replaced the .ovpn file and that's it. But in addition to OpenVPN traffic, now there is also IPv4.
Why and what is it?
Access to ports other than 1194 is closed via iptables, and the default route has also been removed.
You can see that ipv4 traffic is coming from/to the IP address of the VPN server.

@AkZwork

everything is OK, the same traffic, only wireshark does not understand that this is OpenVPN and marks it as just UDP packets.
