Why is there an error when tagging svn on new Jenkins?

Hey!
Transferred the assembly task to Jenkins. Prior to that, they were going to the Hudson.
The assembly uses the svn repository. At the end of the assembly, the build number is written. On the old server, tags were written, on the new one it ends with an error:

I can't figure out what's wrong. So far, the only reason I see is the brackets in the address. The other task uses an address without brackets, and it works fine. With accounts for access everything is fine.
