Why is there an error when subscribing to a webhook?

I'm trying to install a webhook, send a request to https://api.ok.ru/graph/me/subscribe, POST request, the url field is filled, the token has been transferred.
Returns 500 error and

Your Content-Type of the request is incorrect. Apparently, "multipart/form-data".
You must specify Content-Type "application/json".
