Can I get targeting based on users who took part in the survey?

I would like to get targeting (city, region) for users who participated in the survey. Is it possible to do this through the Odnoklassniki API? I didn't find anything in the documentation.

https://apiok.ru/wiki/display/api/mediatopic.getBy...
method has a users field. If those who participated in the survey are displayed there, then you have all the data.
