The error says that you need to use either session (then the method will return a list of groups of the person who created the session) or uid (then it will return a list of the person whose uid you specify).
But if you enter only the uid, and overwrite the rest, then when you try to call the method, the message access token can't be empty is displayed.
And if vice versa, then I can only get my friends, and I need to get friends of any user. How to be?

If an application of the EXTERNAL type is used, then the method must be called within the user session and without passing the uid in a separate parameter.
