Why is there an error in VirualBox?

I decided to master linux and in order not to break the system with my experiments, I decided to run another one on a virtual machine.
Host - Debian 8 64bit
VM - VirualBox 5.0.2
Guest - Debian 8 32bit

I started the VM, the installation was successful, but when I try to start the OS on the VM, grub starts, and after selecting the OS, an error occurs: "A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped".

Also, I see you have the 32bit Debian template selected, please confirm that it was a 32bit guest you installed? Also you have IO-APIC disabled which may be unusual in a modern guest.
Finally, a reminder that Kali is not officially listed as a supported guest.
