Why is there a lot of experience in vacancies and is it needed?

Good time of the day.
I'm looking for jobs as a junior front-end web developer.
And I absolutely can not understand why such a huge experience of a year or two.
And it is indicated that the candidate must have knowledge of HTML, CSS and a basic understanding of GIT.
Or they indicate an experience of at least three years and require BEM, SASS, PUG and basic knowledge of JS.
I was engaged in practical study of all these tools for a year and a half and studied them quite deeply beyond the program.
Such strict requirements scare me.
Is the indication of such a long experience really justified?

Why is there a lot of experience in vacancies and is it needed?

Because the concept of junior frontend as a smile is a vague concept. Each company has its own idea of a junior. And not always true, in a general context.
no, because I don't understand the criteria by which they were chosen by hr/director/employee... In many cases, it's just a thoughtless copy-paste.
You would be advised to pay less attention to this, and post more of your work in your portfolio and github/gitlabs. It is important that you really know how (experience), and not how many hours you sat in front of the monitor ... Really get a job without work experience (but with knowledge and some kind of work) for many positions

Often it is enough to know 60% of what is described in the vacancy, it is enough just to have an idea about the remaining 40%.
Do not be afraid, come to the interview, there you will understand the real requirements.

I don't understand either. A person with six months of experience can pump well. And someone could kick the bulldozer for three years. I came across different employers during interviews. Someone is adequate, and someone considers himself the navel of the earth and believes that a superspecialist will work for him for free.
