Why is there a duplication of orders in Bitrix24?

I set up Bitrix24, set up API synchronization with an online store and see that one order comes to the site, and CPM duplicates this order in the "CRM" tab. And for example, the order was accepted on the main site, but in the CPM it is not transferred to Completed orders.
What could be the reason?
