How to unload chats from Bitrix 24?

The company receives requests from various channels, including chats (chats on 2 sites, + social networks + viber). There was a need to analyze the correspondence of managers, but using standard Bitrix 24 tools, you can only upload information about Leads (Name, Surname, Phone, email, etc.), you can’t see the chat itself. I understand that the amount of information will be huge, but there is a need. Has anyone come across? Is there any way to do this with standard tools or is there some kind of application for the task?
