A few days ago I ran into a problem - when sending push notifications for android applications from the server, I encounter a delay when receiving a response from the server. Prior to this, I hadn't had this problem for several years.
I do everything according to the dock https://developers.google.com/cloud-messaging/
Maybe the problem is somehow related to Roskomnadzor?
