Why is there a blue screen without inscriptions after installing the video driver?

Updated Windows. 7×64. I do this regularly every six months. The video card worked before. PSU 600. Video card RADEON ™ HD 6850. Installed Windows. Then, as usual, offsite AMD downloaded the Catalyst driver. Delivered and here in 2-3 minutes the dark blue screen without inscriptions. I reboot. Everything works for a minute and again flies to the blue screen. Went into safe mode and uninstalled the driver. Launched it began to work but without drivers. Installed another driver, same thing. Works only when there are no drivers. Probably vidyahe came n ... set?
