The problem is apparently in the categoryId, but I seem to indicate everything correctly, what could be the problem?

you need to specify the CategoryId from https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/guid...
for example, for the Comedy category of the RU region CategoryId="GCQ29tZWR5"
