Youtube video is not playing in Chrome today. Do I have one?

hi, youtube video is not playing in chrome. Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official build), (64 bit)
Tried disabling all extensions but still doesn't work.
Everything works fine in Firefox. Why can this be so?
PS: as it turned out, this is for me alone, since others work ok. But what is the reason, I still can’t understand, the black screen in the video area and the preloader is spinning endlessly.
