Why is the wrong hostname displayed?

Hello.
I recently noticed that the wrong hostname is displayed in the MacBook Air terminal on my home network.

# Dimko @ 10 in ~ [20:59:50]
$ hostname
10.kuzbassfond.ru

Connected via AP of my Xiaomi
# Dimko @ Kenglab in ~ [20:58:59]
$ hostname
Kenglab

The router is mikrotik 2011 with the current firmware (Stable).
Console using iTerm with zsh.
10 before kuzbassfond.ru is the internal ip of the laptop (192.168.88.10).
DNS
# Dimko @ Kenglab in ~ [21:06:50]
$ cat /etc/resolv.conf
#
# Mac OS X Notice
#
# This file is not used by the host name and address resolution
# or the DNS query routing mechanisms used by most processes on

nameserver 192.168.88.1
nameserver 212.75.210.62
nameserver 212.75.211.2

The question is, where did this kuzbassfond.ru come from? His IP is not associated with my external IP at all.

The host name / domain is not determined by the IP address, but returned by the DHCP server, to answer your question, you need to look at the router configuration.
