Is it possible to set up stable DDNS in DLINK DIR-300NRU rev.B7?

Device

Модель: DIR-300NRU rev.B7
Версия прошивки: 1.3.0
Время сборки: Wed Mar 14 11:22:43 MSK 2012

dlinkddns.com - works buggy, IP is not updated to a new one. The rest are paid DYR,TZO.
Share your successful experience of raising DDNS on DLINK DIR-300NRU.
Thank you.

I advise you to look at other manufacturers of routers. dir 300 has been buggy and almost non-working routers for 2 years now. Personally, I burned 3 pieces. The last one worked for 10 minutes.

AlekseyKuzmin , buggy, most likely not www.dlinkddns.com (on my dir-650 rev e4, v5.10 works fine and the IP is updated), but the router itself.
Try to flash on 1.4.8 by wire, get a new account on dlinkddns or dyndns.

Access by name:
1. Buy a DDNS service either from https://Dynru.ru or from dyn.com , whatever you like
2. Get a level 3 name from the service provider, for example, I started qwert.dynru.com
3. After that, go to DDNS router menu settings there we start the host name for example qwert.dynru.com as well as the login and password we don’t change anything else, click save
4. Now, in order for us to become accessible from the outside, we need to go to the Remote access menu and add the line
P- there the address is the address of your router in your home network The network mask will be 255.255.255.0 and specify the External port * 8080 or whoever needs it, and also choose which HTTP protocol will be
everything! Now if you type qwert.dynru.com:8080 you will get access to your device
It happens that the provider does not give an external IP address by default, as it was in my case, it is easy to check https://dynru.ru/my-cabinet/free-tools/get-my-ip/
And it looks like this everything is set up and in Ddns the service provider has registered an IP, but it does not match your external IP that the router shows. Calling the
provider helps, which fixes this setting in one minute and you get an external dynamic IP
.

I have the same revision and also didn't work. Although the same host set up with a different router and it worked.
Found the solution here .
In short, we create an account and a host on dlinkddns.com , read how to , after which we specify DynDns.org instead of DlinkDdns in the DDNS service router settings. And of course we check that they are not behind NAT. It worked for me that way.
