Why is the webstorm console turning blue?

Who faced such a problem: when running a command (launching webpack, gulp, downloading npm packages, etc.), the background of the console is painted with color, which makes the inscription invisible, so you have to select them to see? It only helps to close and reopen the console.
This problem is only on one computer, on the second everything works as it should.
