How to synchronize settings and plugins between instances of a JetBrains product, in particular WebStorm?
So that on a clean OS you don’t have to configure everything manually.

Almost all cms require at least minimal programming skills.
I can advise cs-cart or Bitrix, with some ready-made template. You can also look in the direction of umi.ru from the online ones. from free opencart

We have been sitting on insales for several years. Used both free and paid templates. Some improvements by freelancers from top freelance sites (workzilla, fl.ru, weblancer) cost from a couple of hundred to several thousand rubles, I don’t see any reason to understand the code or templates myself. My advice is to organize and manage the process, not the technical details.
