GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6850 graphics card
works on
ASUS LGA1155 P8P67 with 500v PSU intel core i3,
ASROCK B450M PRO4 with 550v PSU ryzen 5 2600

does not work on
asrock steel legend b550 with 500v PSU ryzen 5 5600, motherboard dial shows code 21

Winchesters they work, the motherboard blinks, but on the screen "check the cable signal", even the fans of the video card do not move;

the monitor has an adapter from vga to dvi

the problem was that there was not enough power, out of a 500v power supply, only 384v goes to power the video card and the CPU
