Why is the tl-sf1005d switch always in a different LAN?

There is a router and a switch. The switch model TL-SF1005D stands for distributing the Internet to a TV, PS4 and Rostelecom set-top box. I constantly encounter the problem that they are located in another locale. Is it possible to somehow forcibly combine them into one network with a router, or is it impossible to do without a SMART switch?

I'm not sure if this will help, but you can try to leave the port as normal, and fix the internal ip given to the set-top box by mac and assign it to dmz.
