Why is the start menu and calendar not working on Windows 10?

Yesterday I had the following problems:
1. The start menu stopped working.
2. The calendar stopped working.
3. The notification panel has stopped working.
The system was checked for viruses. I don't have automatic updates. There are no system restore points. What to do?

Create a new profile, a new user, if everything is OK when you log in under this user, then the problem is with the rights to your profile, maybe you were an administrator, now a user, or some script has corrected the rights.
