Why does windows 2008 r2 outgoing traffic lag?
Hello! There is a VPS with Windows 2008 r2, dedicated IP.
Apache attacked him. I flooded the site and went to ip from outside the VPS. The page loaded for a very long time
. I checked the speed on speedtest inside the server - the ping is excellent, the download speed too, but the upload is very low (like 0.5 Mbps).
I thought that the trouble was in the Apache config, rolled up nginx. Problem still exists.
Wrote to hosting support. We checked the node, everything is fine on the node too.
I sin on the Windows settings (there are no extra firewalls, the security settings also did not change the default ones).
Tell me please, what could be the problem?

so if the check for upload is low, you checked with systems like speedtest, try the Iperf test, and then we will look at the axis
